キャノンデールの長袖そでバイクジャージ。ユニクロのヒートテック長袖アンダーシャツ。ユニクロのロングタイツ。ウォッチはセイコーのパルスグラフ。ウォークマンのヘッドフォン一体型プレーヤーを装備して準備は完了。
5時45スタート。
場所は天王川公園丸池東側の草の生えている部分の、なおかつ早朝は日陰になる、天王川公園足腰に優しいフカフカ片道約４００メートルコースを行ったり来たりするコースと池の南側の堤防を利用したクロカンコース。
１周目はフカフカコースをウォーキングしてアップ。２周目からはフカフカコースとクロカンコースを合体させた約１キロコースを6周、ランニング。フカフカコースをウォーキングしてダウン。
走行距離6000メートル 所要時間44:08 平均周回7:21 キロ7:21ペース。平均ピッチ162。
日曜日の朝って、道路を走っているランナーを仕事に行く途中とかでよく見かける。大きな足音をたてながら走っているランナーを見てると、体にダメージはないかしらん、とついつい心配してしまう。毎朝ロードを20キロも30キロも走ってた友だちのランナーは、坐骨神経痛その他もろもろの故障で走れなくなっちゃってるし、シリアスランナーをしてた人で、この人も坐骨神経痛が元で足をひきずって歩いている。ハードなアスファルトの道路を走るよりは、自転車とか自動車で最寄の公園とかまで行って走ったほうが、体に優しいと思うのですが、どーでしょうか。
